Part-Time Secretary - Emergency Management Agency

  • The County of Aroostook is accepting applications for a part-time Secretary (20 hours per week) for the Aroostook County Emergency Management Agency. This position is located in Caribou.

    The successful applicant will perform a variety of secretarial support services to the EMA office. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: answerig the phone, data entry and general office/clerical functions. Must have excellent phone manner, be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience in similar position is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
