Facilities Department

Welcome to the Building Facilities section of the Aroostook County Government website.

Our department’s mission is to provide the proper and safe operation of county owned buildings. The department is charged with performing maintenance items such as grounds work, housekeeping, conventional and automated building equipment and security systems. The department is also responsible for maintaining building budgets, estimating construction and renovations costs, executing contracts for services, implementing departmental programs and initiating building related projects.
